The project improved fish passage and off-channel rearing habitat at Hungry Harbor, located near the mouth of the Columbia River Estuary in Pacific County, Washington. The project replaced a fish barrier and with a 100% passable structure to restore fish passage and connectivity to 4.4 acres of tidal rearing habitat and 1.5 miles of spawning habitat.
